We have a flat rate of $12.oo AUD shipping and handling and free shipping for all orders over $50.00 AUD. These will be send via Australia Post parcel post and a tracking number will be emailed to you once the package has been shipped

At this point we DO NOT offer shipping outside of Australia

30 DAYS TO RETURN

For all damages, returns or exchanges, you will need to contact us at hello@brightsparkcreative.com.au to arrange a refund or return within 30 days of the purchase otherwise we will not be able to offer a refund.
